Case Studies

Every project starts with a fresh perspective. Since no two challenges—or clients—are alike, I shape the process around the unique context, goals, and people involved in each project.

By collaborating closely with teams, I’m able to design solutions that are thoughtful, effective, and built for long-term impact.

Simplifying Care for Mothers and Doulas

A maternity care coordination platform that streamlines communication between expectant mothers and care providers. The solution improves care team workflows, reduces gaps in patient support, and enhances health outcomes for mothers and newborns.

Creating A Decentralized Social Engine

A decentralized platform that empowers users to take control of their data and build social connections free from traditional gatekeepers. By fostering peer-to-peer interactions and community-driven networks, it promotes ownership, privacy, and trust in the next generation of social platforms.

Empowering Families Seeking Senior Living Care

A dual-platform redesign improving how caregivers find senior living options and how partners manage their leads and referrals. The project enhanced user journeys, simplified complex workflows, and provided tools that better support both families and care partners during critical decision-making moments.

Protecting Kids With Food Allergies

A digital health platform that helps parents, schools, and caregivers manage food allergy risks for children. The solution improves safety by streamlining allergy action plans, enhancing communication, and providing real-time access to critical health information in school and care settings.

Refreshing a Legacy for Today’s Market

A brand and e-commerce refresh for Hyer, a historic Western bootmaker re-entering the market after decades away. The project modernized the brand’s digital presence while honoring its heritage, positioning Hyer to connect with a new generation of customers and boot enthusiasts.

Elevating a Leadership Coaching Practice

A website and client-focused platform for a leadership coach specializing in executive and team development. The project improved how services are communicated online and provided a foundation to attract, convert, and manage new client relationships.

MVP Branding

A Brand That Cares

To establish the brand, we started by engaging with potential customers to understand their needs. We aimed to create a safe and positive experience for expectant mothers. Using mood boards, we quickly explored different aesthetic options until we found what resonated best.

Defining the MVP

The impact that doulas could have by simply digitalizing their process, reducing business development efforts enabling them to spend more time providing care was now solidified. The process of defining which hypotheses needed to be tested began.

Pair doulas and soon to be mothers

The first step of this process would be to match experienced doulas with pregnant women looking for help. Reducing the time that doulas would need to spend finding clients allowed them to provide more care.

Ensure a positive connection

After finding a potentially suitable match, meeting face-to-face via video was crucial to ensure that the doula and the woman were aligned on their approach to birth.

Educational resources

In addition to the personal support doulas offer, we aimed to make sure the platform was helpful for mothers to learn independently. Many doulas we talked to create and sell their own content.

By allowing them to share their content on the platform and get paid for it, we not only give moms more resources but also give doulas another way to earn money.
